In our agricultural company, nestled in the hills between Prato and Florence, we cultivate and transform fruit and vegetables, both in the field and in the greenhouse. Thus, our jams and preserves are made using top quality fruits and vegetables, harvested and gathered in the same place. This process allows us to check for optimal ripening and guarantees that we use very fresh fruit and vegetables which are harvested and processed in the span of one day. Thanks to this process, it is also possible to implement an ‘in-field’ selection process, transforming solely those fruits and vegetables that prove most suitable for the type of processing needed.
