We entrust the production of our cold-cuts to a select group of pork butchers (traditional butchers) who work throughout Tuscany, maintaining businesses that have been in their families for generations. Production continues to be personally checked by our representatives in charge. The mind-set that guides our food artisans is focused on taking care of the product in order to supply small quantities that boast the highest level of quality available.
