Produced with flour made exclusively from grain cultivated in Tuscany and ground in Prato, our pasta is handcrafted; 74% of its productive process is carried out manually. This factor makes our product one of the few pastas which can be called ‘handcrafted’. Bronze wire drawing and the fact that it is dried at low temperatures make this product a unique specialty that tastes great. Its handcrafted goodness can be appreciated on all levels.
